These Terms and Conditions govern all data recovery services provided by Dialtech to the customer. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:
Dialtech will attempt to recover lost, deleted, corrupted, or inaccessible data from the customer’s device using non-invasive and/or invasive recovery techniques, depending on the condition of the media. No guarantee is made that any or all data will be recoverable.
The customer authorizes Dialtech to:
The customer affirms ownership of the device or has obtained legal permission to authorize recovery.
Data recovery outcomes vary based on device condition and failure type. Dialtech makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the success of any recovery attempt. Charges may apply regardless of outcome unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g., “No Data, No Fee” policy).
All client data is treated as confidential. Dialtech will not view, copy, share, or disclose recovered data unless:
Recovered data will be stored securely for a limited period (usually 7 days) and then permanently erased unless otherwise agreed upon.
Dialtech is not liable for:
The client assumes all risk for ongoing use of any damaged or recovered device.
“No Data – No Fee” applies only if explicitly confirmed before service begins.
Devices left unclaimed after 30 days from service completion will be considered abandoned and may be recycled, wiped, or discarded.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved under local jurisdiction.
